Mission statement
To help my clients define and achieve their real estate goals. To create clients for life through exceptional service.

Areas I serve
I’m familiar with every town, every valley, and every back road between San Francisco and Palo Alto. I help my clients understand each area and find the gems that are still out there.

Personal Biography
I’ve lived in my San Mateo home for 40 years. In that time I have worked to make the Peninsula a better place to live. I have held several charity leadership positions and have dedicated much of my life to bringing hope and opportunity to people with developmental disabilities and their families.
"A group of volunteers and
a check for the charity money we
had raised!"

I have been the president of the Peninsula Association for Retarded Children and Adults and an executive member of PARCA. With PARCA, I oversaw the purchase of group homes for developmentally disabled children and adults,
and helped implement programs for disabled children at local schools. Currently, I am a founder and board member of a new foundation. This foundation holds several annual events, including the annual San Mateo Street Fair, to raise money to benefit people with developmental disabilities and their families. Many of my best clients and business partners are people I've met while working together at charity events.

Professional Statement
I’m knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate sales and leasing. I know the San Francisco Bay Peninsula in terms of hidden business opportunities, residential sales and residential leasing. I’m familiar with numerous types of contracts and the many financial aspects of property sales. I’m practiced at creating individual marketing plans for selling properties. I make it a priority to work with other real estate brokers to ensure smooth transactions.

Formerly, I worked through the offices of Cornish and Carey Real Estate. Currently, I work through the offices of Coldwell Banker in downtown San Mateo.
